In this work from the irreverent BD CUL collection, Ilan Manouach subverts the codes of erotic comics by merging the world of mountain biking (VTT) with themes of physical exploration. Through minimalist graphics and a narrative bordering on the absurd, the author uses the bicycle and its components as extensions of the body, creating a series of surreal situations where physical exertion and artistic expression intertwine. It is a conceptual and provocative proposal that, true to the spirit of the publisher Le Monte-en-l'air, challenges genre conventions by transforming a sporting activity into a backdrop for visual experimentation.
