Walter Benjamin created the potent poetic-philosophical image of the "Angel of History" based on a drawing by Paul Klee, triggering one of his most celebrated essays. Pedro Moura carefully scrutinized the landscape of the storm that imprisoned this angel, and identified many other angels and demons and semi-hidden entities in the interstices of this Promethean effort. The result is a collection of prose poems that are ununited but which, together, repopulate that world. The artist Ilan Manouach interpreted these texts and unveils images that will stimulate considerations beyond representation.
