HIPPITY-HOP!
Evening entertainment by Mr Aleixo, owner of the beach
Drawings
October 19th - November 30th 2024
"It is from 9 pm onwards that Mr. Aleixo turns the small wooden key under the amphora. A game of kung fu, time and skill follows. It's not about defeating an opponent or winning a competition, but about leaving some traces on a sheet of paper before midnight, influenced by the quintessences of the moment or by distant memories. It's not intended to please. It's not even personal. A gesture to ward off sleep, the realities of the moment, to open or light a path or simply to vibe, hippity-hop!”
